| I. Prices |
| |
All published prices are subject to change without notice. Price quotations from GNS will be honored for 30 Days from the quotation date unless otherwise specified. GNS is not liable for mistakes or typographical errors on listed or quoted pricing. |

| II. Orders |
| |
All orders received before 4:00 PM CST will be processed within 24 hours. |
| |
|
| III. Order Turnaround |
| |
Standard orders may take up to (3) business days to ship following the receipt of
a purchase order. All large orders (for example 10+ DVR systems) will be shipped out approximately (10)
business days following the receipt of the purchase order, particularly if special components or software
are required. Orders are subject to credit check prior to shipping. |

| IV. Shipping |
| |
GNS uses UPS Ground for all shipping needs. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipping can be used at the expense of the customer. When the shipment leaves the shipping point of GNS to the
carrier, that constitutes delivery to the purchaser and title and all risk of loss or damage in transit
shall pass to the purchaser at that time. When receiving the shipment, the purchaser is responsible
for checking the shipment for shortages, and or damages. All damages should be reported to UPS
immediately. |

A. |
All delivery and shipment dates are estimates only. If shipment is prevented,
hindered, delayed, or otherwise made impractical by reason of any flood, riot,
fire, judicial or government action, or any other cause beyond the control of GNS, GNS will not be liable for any damages or penalties whatsoever and will be excused from such shipment to the extent it is prevented, hindered, or delayed by such causes.

B. |
Orders will only be shipped to accounts that have been prepaid. |
C. |
Any legitimate short or damaged shipment will be handled as follows: |

1. A new purchase order must be submitted to GNS for the replacement of
the short or damaged item.
2. Once the damaged or short item is returned to GNS and or GNS is
credited for the damaged or shortage, a store credit will be
extended to the purchaser for the original amount of the short item or damaged item
at our discretion. |

| V. General Liability |
| |
All products are sold with the express understanding that GNS will not be liable for any losses, damages, or injuries which may arise from improper use of the product or any malfunction thereof. GNS will not at any time be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, loss of anticipated profits, loss of time or any other losses incurred by the buyer in the connection with the purchase, installation, operation or failure of this product. GNS is not responsible for any viruses. Any liability for the malfunction of products sold by GNS is limited exclusively to the repair in Chicago, IL of the actual GNS supplied material under conditions stated for return of material in this Terms and Conditions Section VII.

| VI. Claims and Return of Merchandise |

GNS will not be responsible for dismantling, reassembly, or reinstallation charges.
VII. Return of Material All items returned for any reason must have a valid RMA number. Items without an RMA number will be refused. Restocking fees may apply.

| VIII. Restocking |
| |
All products being returned will incur a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be within 15 days of original purchase date. All returns are for store credit only. All products being returned must be in original packaging and in new condition. Returns must include all original parts including manuals, screws, mounts, etc. All returns to GNS will be shipped at the expense of the customer. |
