| GNS provides a ONE YEAR parts and labor warranty on all of our products. Please review the following warranty information. |

| Warranty Statement |
| |
1. All GNS products are warranted for ONE YEAR from the invoiced purchase date.
2. Coverage is only for the original customer listed on the original invoice.
3. GNS warrants our products to be free from defects under normal use.
4. To obtain warranty service, the customer must send the item to GNS prepaid.
5. GNS reserves the option to repair or replace any portion of the item or substitute materials of equal quality at the time of service.
6. It is under the discretion of GNS to repair or replace the warranted products.
7. GNS is not responsible for any previously recorded data on the hard drive of a DVR during service. |

| General Exclusions |
| |
This plan does not cover damages caused by accidental or intentional physical damage, spilled
liquids, insect infestation, misuse, abuse, electrostatic discharge (ESD), computer viruses, repairs
or software installations done by a non-authorized GNS technician.
Also not covered are
replacement costs for lost or consumable parts such as keys, manuals, etc. as well as cosmetic
damage.
In no event will GNS be liable for any direct or indirect consequential damages, loss of
anticipated profits, loss of time or any other losses incurred by the buyer in connection of this
purchase, installation, operation, or failure of this product.
This warranty does not replace any
type of insurance. |

| Warranty may be void if one of the following occurs: |
| |
1. Serial numbers are altered or removed.
2. DVR system case has been opened and or altered without the consent of GNS.
3. Any product that has been opened for any reason except for products that require adjustment by the customer at the discretion of GNS
4. Void, Do Not Open, or similar stickers have been removed or tampered.
5. Any use of this product besides its intended use. |

This warranty is not intended to replace insurance and because the system is operated and managed by the purchaser, GNS makes no representations of the system’s ability to prevent loss, theft, shrinkage, damage, injury, or that these products will protect persons and property. GNS will in no way be liable for loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, loss of profits or savings, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use products sold by GNS. |
